Terms of Service

Effective 1 July 2026 · Version 1.1

1. The agreement

These terms govern use of Whizz Scribe, operated by Whizz Tech, Office 218, Binghatti Azure, JVC, Dubai, UAE("we", "us"). By creating an account or calling the API you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

2. The service

Whizz Scribe is an API and dashboard that generates long-form articles using large language models, live web research, and content you provide, and can publish results to third-party CMS platforms on your instruction. Generation is asynchronous: requests return a job that reports per-stage progress and completes with a result or a failure.

3. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for activity under your organization, including all API keys issued to it. Keep keys secret; rotate any key you believe is exposed. We may suspend keys involved in abuse while we investigate.

4. Credits and billing

  • Usage is metered in credits at the prices posted on the pricing page at the time of the request.
  • Credits for failed jobs are refunded to your ledger automatically.
  • Plan credits reset each monthly cycle; pay-as-you-go pack credits do not expire.
  • Trial credits are a one-time grant, carry no cash value, and may not be transferred.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or applicable law say otherwise.

5. Your content, your output

You retain all rights in content you submit (topics, instructions, knowledge-base sources). As between you and us, you own the generated output. We claim no copyright in it and use your content only to operate the service — not to train models. You are responsible for having the rights to any source material you connect and for how you use the output, including compliance with disclosure obligations described in our AI disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive — including undisclosed impersonation;
  • produce spam at scale or content designed to manipulate search rankings through deception;
  • crawl or ingest sources you have no right to use;
  • probe, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls;
  • resell raw API access without our written agreement.

7. Output accuracy

The engine researches live sources and links its citations, and a quality gate flags weak drafts for review — but language models can still make mistakes. Generated articles are delivered into a review state by design. You are responsible for review before publication; we are not liable for consequences of publishing unreviewed output.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scheduled maintenance and third-party model or CMS outages may affect the service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure, Section 5 (your ownership of output) survives, and data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. If you require an enterprise agreement with different terms, contact support@whizztech.ai.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to organization owners at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
